From day one, our goal has been simple: make it easy to send SMS from your computer to any mobile phone (yes, even the non-smart kind). That’s what inspired Red Oxygen, and still drives everything we do.
As the need for business SMS grew, so did we. To better support our customers, we developed new products and, in 2025, introduced CompleteSMS. Built from decades of experience in the market, and the desire to continually offer our customers a superior SMS experience.
CompleteSMS, a Red Oxygen Solution, picked up where our legacy platform left off. Offering an API gateway, tools to send SMS from Outlook and Gmail, and a new an improved web portal for sending through your browser, one at a time or in bulk.
Over the years, we’ve supported neighborhood nonprofits to Fortune 100 brands all over the world. With teams in the US, Canada, Australia, and the UK, our legendary support is never far away.

With more than 25 years in the IT and telecom space across the US and Australia, Tom brings deep industry know-how and vision to the Red Oxygen team. Before co-founding Red Oxygen, he was the Country Manager for InterVoice in Australia/New Zealand. Prior to taking over the Australia/New Zealand sales efforts, Tom held various sales and marketing positions within InterVoice-Brite and Arrow Electronics.
Tim Hunt

Tim leads the design and implementation of our information systems, keeping everything running smart and smooth behind the scenes. He has over two decades of experience as a senior Analyst Programmer, Software Developer, and Software Support Engineer at some of the largest IT companies, including Compaq, Hewlett-Packard, and Telstra.
