Unsupported Legacy Solutions
Retired Into Posterity (R.I.P.)
They did their job, now they can rest, and we'll honor their legacy by constantly improving.
So, if you use any of these legacy Red Oxygen solutions we're sorry to say, but they've been taken to a farm so they can run freely (and likely crash or error out).
Some will continue working a bit longer, but we aren't supporting them with software or platform updates.
Contact SupportOfficeSMS was discontinued August 2025, when we moved to the CompleteSMS platform.
Legacy customers (from the Red Oxygen hundred platform) already using it will be able to continue to send through OfficeSMS on the new CompleteSMS platform until Microsoft disallows use or new installations.
We do offer an Outlook add-in for Microsoft 365’s New Outlook that was build for our CompleteSMS platform and works on the web, locally downloaded and phone app versions.

Microsoft stopped supporting Outlook Messaging Service (OMS) years ago and so did we, but the software Red Oxygen developed for OMS also worked on Sharepoint and continued to do so until our platform changed, August 2025.

Red Oxygen stopped supporting WinSMS when we updated our platform August 2025.
Those that have it installed will be able to continue using it but it will eventually stop working as we make upgrades to CompleteSMS.

Calendar SMS has not been supported for several years, now. As of August 2025, the service stopped working completely due to incompatibility with our new platform, CompleteSMS.

The BulkSMS standalone product was discontinued August 2025, though it will still be usable on CompleteSMS, it just won’t be updated.
Our new bulk feature on the CompleteSMS web portal is replacing the standalone version and has the same features and capabilities as the legacy version.
