How to Send SMS from Outlook
CompleteSMS for Outlook makes it simple to send and receive SMS messages from Microsoft 365:
- Open any email in your inbox: Here you’ll find the CompleteSMS icon (after you’ve install the add-in)
- Open interface: Click on the CompleteSMS icon and select Send SMS
- Add recipients: Choose recipients from your Outlook contact list or add them one at a time in the recipient field
- Compose your message: Remember to keep it short, no one wants a wall of text
- Click send: You can also schedule your message with a couple more clicks
Then wait for replies to roll in as emails in your Outlook inbox. You can respond to those replies by selecting the icon again and picking Reply to SMS from the dropdown.
