CompleteSMS Has Arrived

At long last… it’s here.

The day has arrived, it’s go time, the rubber is finally hitting the road, the wait is over, all systems go, we’re on, our moment has arrived, time to pop the champagne, it’s really happening…

Today we launched CompleteSMS, Red Oxygen’s next-generation business texting platform. But this post isn’t about features, integrations, compliance or delivery. This post is about why we did it and who we did it for.

For 25 years, Red Oxygen has been focused on one thing: helping businesses communicate better. From scrappy startups and family-owned shops to government offices and Fortune 100 giants, we work with all of them, but our biggest supporters have always been companies that want to focus on their core business and not have to worry about message delivery. They just want it to work.

They’re sharp. They’re resourceful. They’re focused on keeping their business moving. And they trust us to make texting work without them having to be messaging experts. Honestly? We love them for it.

We’ve spent decades knee-deep in protocols, compliance rules, delivery logic, character counts, 10DLC (am I right?), and more acronyms than we’d care to admit, so our customers don’t have to. That’s our job.

And over those years, we’ve learned that the best communication tools have to be more than powerful—they have to be usable. It has to work where people work. Fit into a team’s workflow. Feel like part of the process, not a disruption.

So when we started building CompleteSMS, we didn’t start with a feature list. We started with a question:

How do we make “just send them a text” as simple as it sounds, no matter if it’s one or 1,000?

So, what we built is the result of customer conversations, tech support tickets, demo calls and testing the “what ifs” and “wouldn’t it be nice ifs.” Listening, gathering and refining, to make it work for you, not the other way around.

Today we get to share it with you.

This is just the beginning, we still have plenty of room for growth, but for now, we just want to say: thank you. To every customer who emailed feedback, sat on a demo, asked for a feature, chatted with support, or put your trust in us long enough to build something even better. We built this for you.

Now, let’s do this thing.
